Return Policy

Every product we sell is backed by Nature's Sunshine's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the unused portion within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement.

To start a return, visit the Nature's Sunshine Return Portal or call Nature's Sunshine Customer Service at 800-223-8225. Have your order number ready and mark it clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without a visible order number can't be refunded or sent back.

Seasonal, discontinued, special promotional, overstocked or outdated products can't be returned. The guarantee also doesn't cover products that were misused or damaged on purpose.
